Little Bookworms Children's Bookstore & Boutique

M. Tracey Chesler has been a bookseller with Little Bookworms for just over one year. Tracey lives life pretty much the way she chooses books to read, with leaps of faith! Some places she has called home are Syracuse, Buffalo, and Manhattan NY;  Chicago, Il., Los Angeles and San Francisco CA; Kapaa and Hilo, Hawaii; Dublin, Ireland; and Sarasota, Florida.
Tracey recently visited Thailand in 2008 and hopes to visit Belize and/or Spain in the next year or two.

Tracey earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Hawaii-Hilo. A Certificate of Irish Literature from the University College-Dublin, Ireland; and is currently in the process of earning a Master's of Fine Arts in Children's Literature at Hollins University, Roanoke, VA.

Volunteer work has included Hospice of Hilo, The Hawaii Food Bank, Reach Out and Read and Read To Me, International.

Valentine's Day and Halloween are her favorite holidays.

Daisy, her one year old dog, is named from a character in The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

When NOT at work at Little Bookworms and when her nose is NOT in a book, Tracey can be found in her garden, in museums, sipping lattes at Starbucks, at the beach, or at the dog park with Daisy!

DO judge a book by it's cover!  If the art-work, feel of the paper, and general aesthetics please you....probably the book will too.  Go ahead....take a leap of faith.
